Il raffole du groove et des musiques noire, Sly Stone, James Brown et Fela, Bibi Tanga est avant tout un défricheur. Son dernier album avec le professeur Inlassable 'Yellow Gauze' sorti en 2007, est un hymne au jazz, au Gospel et hip-hop.
